Medico-Legal Experience

Dr Wiltshire has undergone formal expert witness training with Bond Solon. He has provided multiple expert witness reports with a balance of instruction from both claimant and defendant solicitors.

He is comfortable producing independent, impartial, and objective expert witness CPR Part 35 compliant reports within his scope of clinical expertise. Single Joint Expert instructions are accepted.

Dr Wiltshire aims to provide an expert report within 30 days of receiving formal instruction and all necessary documentation. If you are uncertain whether a case falls within his expertise, he is happy to discuss the matter before formal instruction.
